Terms & Conditions:
- Individual Buyer Sponsorship Programme (the programme) is exclusively for overseas buyers. Thailand buyers are not applicable to the programme.
- You must be a trade buyer and you and / or your company cannot be an EXHIBITOR of Prolight + Sound Bangkok 2026 in order to be eligible for the programme.
- The travel sponsor is offered on first-come-first-served basis. Each company will only be eligible for 1 single sponsorship offer.
- The programme will not be offered in conjunction with other sponsorship and Club PRO membership benefits. You can only apply for one sponsorship programme of Prolight + Sound Bangkok 2026.
- Your application does not automatically entitle you to the sponsorship. The qualified applicants will be informed by an official confirmation letter in early September 2026.
- Please ensure you visit the fair during the show period (30 September – 2 October 2026) in order to qualify for the programme. Attendance will be confirmed by the organiser based on onsite registration records. E-vouchers will be issued to all eligible buyers within two weeks after the fair.
- This offer is neither transferable nor refundable.
- The organiser reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the programme without any prior notice.
- In the case of any dispute regarding the programme, the decision of the organiser shall be both final and binding.
